FORECLOSURES

We have received new information that the banks are beginning to become more receptive to REDUCTIONS IN PRINCIPLE.  This is good news because this has been the biggest point of contention between lenders and borrowers when it came to Loan Modifications.  An appraisal is going to be required for most negotiations regarding loan principle reductions.

NEW CPR REQUIREMENTS

The Real Estate Commission is now requiring that we submit the Developers Public Report and Condominium Map to the County of Kauai Water Department, Tax Assessor, and Planning Department.  We must show cc: to REC upon submitting the Application.
